We invite you and your church to join us on September 10, 2004, to show our elected officials that Christians in North Alabama are committed to defending the institution of marriage.

Why should we defend the definition of marriage?

1. Marriage has been the centerpiece of healthy families for
centuries. The future health of our society is at risk..

2. The Bible is clear in establishing marriage as the union of one man and one woman.

3. Other world religions such as Judaism, Islam, Hinduism and Buddhism also recognize marriage as between a man and a woman

MAYDAY FOR MARRIAGE IS NOT an anti-homosexual movement - it is a Pro Marriage initiative. Because of God's love through Jesus Christ in our life, we love every man, woman, and child. It is the love that compels us to speak out for that sanctity of marriage and its importance as a support structure for children, families and society.
